Fairy Suits (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates fairysuits.pk. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or shop with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, contact us or subscribe to updates, we collect details such as your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and – for stitched orders – your body measurements. If you pay by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa we may receive a transaction reference; we never receive or store your full card or account details.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites we log your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and referring site, and we use cookies (see section 6) to keep your cart, remember your login and understand how the site is used.
WhatsApp and social messages. If you message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, we receive your profile name, number and message content through those platforms, which have their own privacy policies.
2. How we use your information
- To process, stitch, pack and deliver your order and to keep you updated about it.
- To answer your questions, handle returns and refunds, and provide customer support.
- To send order confirmations, delivery updates and receipts by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
- To send you offers and new-arrival updates only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To prevent fraud, protect our website and comply with legal obligations.
- To understand how customers use our site so we can improve it.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services needed to run the store:
- Courier partners – your name, phone number and address so your parcel can be delivered.
- Payment providers – to confirm payments made through bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or card gateways.
- Website and email hosting, analytics and messaging tools that help us operate the site and talk to you.
- Tailors – for stitched orders, only the measurements needed to make your outfit; never your contact details.
- Authorities – if required by law or to protect our rights, customers or the public.
4. How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. Measurements for stitched orders are kept so we can serve repeat orders; you can ask us to delete them at any time. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.
5. Keeping your information safe
Our website uses HTTPS encryption, and access to customer data is limited to team members who need it to fulfil your order. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
6. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use essential cookies (cart, checkout, login), preference cookies (wishlist, recently viewed) and analytics cookies (to see which pages are popular). You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site – such as the cart – may stop working.
7. Your choices and rights
- View and update your details any time from My Account.
- Ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete your information (we may need to keep some records for legal reasons).
- Opt out of marketing messages using the unsubscribe link or by messaging us.

8. Children
Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be announced on the website.
